This solid brass license plate frame is guaranteed to never rust or corrode from snow, rain, and exposure near the ocean. The top reads "I'd Rather Be" and the bottom has an owl with the word "Raving". 

Each license plate frame comes with 4 matching screw caps and instructions on how to mount onto your vehicle. The frame has cutouts in all four corners to accommodate license plates with DMV decals on the top or on the bottom. 

The license plates in these following states have their state name on the bottom of the license plate, which may be obstructed by this frame: AL, CO, DE, IN, NH, NM, NC, ND, SC, WY
